Spire Construction was established in 2002 and has since achieved a steady and structured growth both in the type and value of work that has been undertaken under the guidance of its experienced Managing Director Nigel Allen. A solid relationship has been formed with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers as well as many Private Clients with Projects covering all aspects of the Industry including Domestic Works, Housing, Churches, Commercial and Education projects all within a range of £10,000 to £1M. The Company has been involved in many projects where a Design Element is required and has within its Management Support all the relevant professionals to ensure that the Design and Build projects are managed to the highest standards both in Construction techniques and Health and Safety. All Contracts are treated with the same professional attitudes, and have permanent Supervisory staff and Sub-Contractors who are continually assessed for performance and stability, as it is the Company’s desire to ensure that all Projects are managed with the minimum of problems and to the Client’s satisfaction at all times, Health & Safety on all Projects is continually assessed, and Staff undergo regular Tool Box talks and Health & Safety courses as required. The Company is looking to the future and embracing new techniques whilst ensuring that traditional values are upheld, and look forward to working with new Clients and Professional Consultants as the Company grows both in size and ability.
